When you create a project in Manus, you automatically get a subdomain like:
For example: manusaihub-ged4pwhk.manus.space
The random ID (like ged4pwhk) ensures uniqueness, but it's not great for branding or SEO.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Open your project in Manus
- Click the Management UI icon (top-right of chatbox)
- Navigate to Settings → Domains in the left sidebar
- Find the "Modify auto-generated domain prefix" section
- Change
projectname-randomidto your desired name (e.g.,manusmate) - Click Save

Two Options:
Option 1: Purchase Through Manus
- Go to Settings → Domains
- Click "Purchase new domain"
- Search for available domains
- Complete purchase directly in Manus

Option 2: Bind Existing Domain
- Purchase domain from any registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)
- Go to Settings → Domains
- Click "Bind existing custom domain"
- Follow the DNS configuration instructions
- Wait for DNS propagation (up to 48 hours)
Use Keywords in Domain
Include relevant keywords like "manus", "ai", "mate", "hub" to signal your site's purpose to search engines.
Keep It Short & Memorable
