Manus AI, design and implement a serverless contact form solution. This solution should include a simple HTML form on the front-end and a backend powered by AWS Lambda and API Gateway to process form submissions and send emails.

**Frontend Requirements (HTML/CSS/Vanilla JS):**
1.  **Contact Form:** A basic HTML form with fields for 'Name', 'Email', 'Subject', and 'Message'.
2.  **Submission:** Use JavaScript to handle form submission, preventing default browser behavior.
3.  **AJAX Request:** Send the form data as a JSON payload via an AJAX `POST` request to the API Gateway endpoint.

    *   Implement basic validation for form fields (e.g., check for empty fields, valid email format).
    *   Return appropriate HTTP status codes and messages (e.g., 200 for success, 400 for validation errors, 500 for server errors).
3.  **IAM Roles:** Define necessary IAM roles and policies for Lambda to access SES and CloudWatch logs.
